Alpha Bicycle Studio is a premium build-to-suit cycling studio
serving riders across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
Every Alpha bike is built to order following a professional fit—
no inventory, no stock builds, no off-the-rack purchases.

## Operating model

Alpha follows a fit-first model: every custom build begins with a
professional bike fit, which produces the data used to select the
frame, geometry, and component specification. Fit work is led by
Chris Soden, a Master Bike Fitter with practices at Alpha and at
two other locations. Bikes are built by Chris Martel, Alpha's
Master Builder. Custom wheels are built by Nic.

Alpha is a dealer, not a manufacturer. Frames come from carefully
curated partners; Alpha's craft is fit, design, and assembly.

## Services

- **Custom Bike Builds** — Fit-first custom bicycle builds using
  curated frame partners. Investment ranges from approximately
  $6,000 to over $10,000 depending on frame, components, and finish.
- **Professional Bike Fitting** — Standalone fit sessions for
  riders who own a bike, and fit sessions as the gateway to a
  custom build. Uses Velogicfit and gebioMized fit systems.
- **Service & Repair** — Master-level service available for road,
  gravel, mountain, and TT bicycles, regardless of brand or where
  the bike was built. Available by appointment, with while-you-wait
  service for smaller jobs.
- **Bike Assembly** — Professional assembly service for bikes
  purchased elsewhere ($350-$600 depending on scope).
- **Custom Wheel Building** — Hand-built custom wheels.

Alpha does not sell or service e-bikes. This is a deliberate
positioning choice; Alpha's operating model is oriented toward
unassisted bicycles for riders who value the mechanical and
physical character of traditional cycling.

## Frame Partners

Alpha works with a carefully curated set of frame partners,
chosen for distinct rider profiles and material specialties:

- **Sarto** — Italian made-to-measure carbon. Alpha is the
  exclusive Sarto dealer in the Rocky Mountains and one of a
  handful of Sarto dealers in the United States.
- **Mosaic** — Custom titanium frames built in Boulder, Colorado.
- **ENVE** — Carbon road, all-road, and gravel frames including
  the MOG, Fray, and Melee.
- **Allied** — Carbon road and all-road frames, including the
  ECHO platform.
- **Ritte** — Distinctive carbon road frames.
