Mosaic announced the AR-Zero this morning. It's a new all-road titanium frameset in Mosaic's Zero Ops program, made to order with rider-specific geometry, and it's open for 2026 slots now. Framesets start at $11,000. Deliveries begin in October.
Alpha is a Mosaic dealer, and Zero Ops slots reserved through us come with our fit process and build work. Here's what the AR-Zero is, what's included in the frameset, and how to reserve one.
What the AR-Zero is
The AR-Zero is a made-to-order titanium all-road frameset built on Mosaic's AR-1 geometry — the all-road platform new to Mosaic's 2026 lineup. Tire clearance is 700x40mm. Rider-specific geometry is standard, at no upcharge.
Zero Ops is Mosaic's no-compromise program: rider-specific geometry, integrated componentry, framesets from $11,000. The RT-Zero opened the program in 2025 on Mosaic's 35mm road platform. The AR-Zero is the second Zero Ops model and the first in the all-road category. Both are Made to Order only.
What's in the frameset
The AR-Zero frameset is a fully integrated package. Every AR-Zero includes:
- Mainframe: custom-butted 3/2.5 titanium, welded one at a time in Mosaic's Boulder facility
- Seatmast: carbon, D-shaped
- Fork: ENVE In-Route Allroad
- Headset: Chris King Aeroset 1
- Componentry: CNC titanium
- Rear dropout: CNC UDH
- Routing: fully integrated, front to rear
- Tire clearance: 700x40mm
The frameset ships as a matched package — the fork, headset, seatmast, and componentry are specified to work as a system with the titanium mainframe. Groupset, wheels, and finishing kit are built on top of the frameset at the studio.
Rider-specific geometry
Every Made to Order Mosaic includes custom geometry as standard, and the AR-Zero is Made to Order only. That means each AR-Zero frame is drawn from the rider's fit — stack, reach, front-center, and the rest of the geometry are set by the fit data rather than chosen from a size chart.
Price, timing, and slots
- Framesets from $11,000. Frameset price covers the mainframe, fork, headset, seatmast, integrated componentry, and CNC UDH dropout.
- 30 Zero Ops slots for 2026, shared across AR-Zero and RT-Zero.
- Reserve with a 50% deposit plus a rider fit. The fit is required — Zero Ops geometry is rider-specific, so the fit isn't optional.
- Deliveries begin October 2026.
- Paint and finish: Mosaic's standard paint tiers apply. Two-tone, fade, and Artist Series options are available at upcharge. Ghost Raw is also available.
Groupset, wheels, cockpit, and finishing components are quoted separately as part of the full build.
Reserving an AR-Zero through Alpha
The path to an AR-Zero starts with a fit. From the fit we confirm the geometry, walk through the build (groupset, wheels, cockpit, finish), and place the Zero Ops slot with Mosaic. The 50% deposit confirms the slot; the balance follows the standard Mosaic Made to Order timeline into October delivery.
If you already have a current fit on file with us, we can move directly to build and slot confirmation.
To start, book a fit or reach out to the studio. We'll take it from there.
Framesets from $11,000. 2026 Zero Ops slots open now. Deliveries begin October 2026.
