SMS/Text Messaging Terms
This section governs Alpha Bicycle Studio's text messaging program.
Program description. Alpha Bicycle Studio sends service-related text messages to customers who opt in, including repair and service status updates, service estimates and approval requests, parts and pickup notifications, and appointment reminders.
How to opt in. You can consent to receive text messages from us by: (1) checking the SMS consent box on a form at alphabicycle.com, or (2) providing verbal consent in person at service drop-off, which our staff record in your customer profile. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service activity with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Alpha Bicycle Studio does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by asking our staff or contacting us directly.
