Allied BC40

The Fight of the Irish

This is an Allied BC40. A full-suspension cross-country race bike, built by hand in Bentonville, Arkansas—one of the best XC platforms made in America. Light enough to race, efficient enough that every pedal stroke goes where you point it, and composed enough to stay calm when the trail turns rough.

It's also the foundation for a build with no compromises. Fox Factory suspension, front and rear. A full Shimano XT drivetrain. A complete Chris King wheelset, built to be ridden for years rather than replaced. Every part chosen because it's the right one—not because it hit a price.

And then there's the finish: a custom gold-to-navy fade that makes an already-distinctive frame impossible to mistake for anyone else's. This is what a dream build looks like.

Frame

Allied BC40

Allied's full-suspension cross-country platform, designed and built in Bentonville, Arkansas. The BC40 is a modern XC race bike—light, efficient under power, and composed on technical terrain in a way short-travel bikes used to only promise. American-made carbon, raced at the highest level, finished here in a custom Notre Dame gold-to-navy fade

Drivetrain

Shimano XT 12-speed

Shimano XT 12-speed—the workhorse of serious mountain riding. Wide-range, crisp under load, and durable enough to take a full race season without complaint. It delivers most of what XTR offers at a weight and price that make sense on a bike meant to be ridden hard, not babied.

Wheels & Tires

Chris King wheels

A complete Chris King wheelset—hubs and rims, built in Portland, Oregon. The hubs bring King's legendary engagement and the angry-bee freehub buzz that anyone who's ridden behind one knows instantly. Paired with King's own rims, it's a wheelset built to be serviced and ridden for years, not replaced.

Cockpit/Suspension

Fox Factory suspension, front and rear: a 34 Step-Cast SL fork paired with a matched Factory rear shock, both running Kashima-coated stanchions for the smoothest possible stroke. The 34 SL is Fox's lightweight cross-country platform—supple over small chatter, supportive when you stand on the pedals. A Fox Transfer dropper completes the package, adding descending confidence without the weight penalty heavier posts bring.

Customizations

Custom paint in Notre Dame's gold and navy, fading from metallic gold at the head tube to deep midnight at the rear. A tribute build for a rider who bleeds gold and blue—and a finish that makes an already-distinctive Allied unmistakable.

Build Brands

Strip away the paint and you still have one of the most capable cross-country race bikes built in America—light, fast, and specced without a single compromise. The suspension is race-proven. The drivetrain won't quit. The wheels are made to outlast the rest of the bike.

The finish just makes sure you notice all of it. This is a bike built to win, and built to be looked at while it does.
