What does the New Bike Fit cost?
The New Bike Fit is $600 and covers the fit, build consultation, and follow-up fit after the bike is built. Receive a $250 Fit-to-Finish credit applied to your Alpha build.
How much is the build deposit?
Build deposit is typically 50% of the bike build. We'll help you spec your frame, paint, and component options, then collect a 50% deposit to get your build started.
Is the deposit refundable?
Build deposits go directly to the frame manufacturer and component vendors, not Alpha. Refunds from a frame vendor vary, unordered or returned components may be refundable.
When will my bike be ready?
Ordering in winter covers frame lead times so your bike is ready for spring. Frame production can take from 90 to 120 days, depending on frame partner. Alpha generally needs a week to complete the build and test ride once everything arrives.
